• Hoistway Cleaning
  Complete cleaning for all door sills, rollers, guides, landings, tracks, counter-weight, contacts, door interlocks, walls, separator beams, rails are scraped and vacuumed.
• Cartop & Cab Cleaning
  Complete cleaning, degrease, removal of garbage, dust, and debris from cab and cartop. Complete degrease and wipe down of cab door, and cleaning of cab door track.
• Pit Cleaning
• Complete garbage removal, (degrease if applicable) removal of hardened grease and oils from guide rails and counterweight rails, and pit floor
• Hoistway Painting
  Complete cleaning and prep around all door sills, rollers, guides, landings, tracks, counter-weight, contacts, door interlocks, walls, separator beams, walls are scraped and vacuumed then painted with oil based rust preventative paints and or primers.
• Hoistway Repairs & Restorations
